Mr. Otis Spitzer age 81 of Farmville, Virginia passed away Wednesday April 25, 2012 in Farmville.
He was formerly of Blacksburg, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his brother James Spitzer. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Friday April 27, 2012 at Center Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Cumberland, Virginia.
