Mr. Reginald Parker Lowry age 59 of Chesapeake, VA passed away Friday March 16, 2012 at his residence. He was a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He is survived by; his wife Velma Jewel Lowry of Chesapeake, VA, daughter Regina Lowry of Cumberland, VA, three step- daughters Paula Loslin, Gloria Drori, Donna Wilson, three grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, three great grandchildren, his mother and step-father Patricia and Bill Teller of Clarksville,VA , his father and step-mother Raymond and Harriet Lowry of Farmville, VA, two sisters Donna Simpson and her husband Al of Crewe, VA, Pamela Moyer and her husband Damon of Amelia, VA, a brother Terry Wayne Lowry and his wife Andrea of San Antonio, TX, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. A graveside funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday March 19, 2012 at Trinity Memorial Gardens Rice, VA with Military Honors.
