My Deepest Condolences to The Family and Friends of Reginald "Reggie" Lowry. I lived behind Reggie and Velma in Chesapeake for a few years while my husband was stationed at Norfolk base . In the short time I knew them, I grew to love them both very much! They were like family to me! Words can't express how much he will be missed! I know he is in a better place and is not suffering anymore. I can't make it there for his funeral, but Reggie and Velma know my heart is with them both ALWAYS. To all who are mourning his loss God Bless you all during this time and may you find peace and comfort knowing he has gone home but will never be forgotten by anyone who knew him!
I love you Reggie , will miss you and will see you again one day for that biggest bestest burger you'd make me in the sky!

Love,
Thresa Glass
and family; Brian, Rusty, Tommy and your little "Japaneese girlfriend" Madison Noel
