Bernard Crump

Mr. Bernard Herman "Red" Crump age 79 of Henderson, N.C. formerly of Buckingham, VA passed away Friday June 4, 2010 at Universal Healthcare in Oxford, N.C. He was preceded in death by his wife Eva Jones Crump. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, and was a retired employee of APAC of Ashland, VA. He is survived by numerous cousins; including
Joyce Orange Bobbitt, care-giver , and man's best friend Zena. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:30 AM Monday June 7, 2010 at Concord Baptist Church in Buckingham, VA with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 6359 Glen Allen, VA 23058-6359 or a Hospice of your choice. The Shorter Funeral Home of Farmville, VA is serving the family.
