Mr. Daniel Burke Felker, Jr., 87, of Cullen, passed away Monday, July 19, 2010 at his home.

Mr. Felker was born February 14, 1923 in Birmingham Alabama the son of the late Daniel Burke Felker, Sr. and Ruby Claire Holliman Felker. He was retired as an accountant with the General Accounting Office in Washington, DC and was a US Army veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Caroline W. Felker of Cullen, daughter Linda Felker Gandiaga and Husband Benjamin of Cullen, sons: Daniel Burke Felker, III and wife, Patricia of Charlotte Courthouse and David Harris Felker and wife Nola of Cullen, brother, Robert E. Felker of Claremont, CA and three grandchildren: Jason and Shannon Felker of Charlotte Courthouse and Cynthia Renee Felker of Cullen.

A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 22, 2010 in the Felker Family Cemetery, Cullen.
