Donna A Corvia

Donna A. Corvia, 74 was called home on Saturday the 11^th of November 2023. Donna was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, wife, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.

Donna was born on the 12^th of March 1949 to the late John and Connie Hovanec (Concette Villella) in Allegheny County Pennsylvania. Donna lived most of her life in Pennsylvania before moving to Farmville, VA in 2013.

While living in Farmville she made many friends. She became a part of the Sharon Baptist Church family and attended services faithfully. Donna also became part of the PACE program for seniors where she frequently played and won at BINGO.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband Paul Francis Corvia and a grandson Kellan Thomas Corvia.

Donna left many loved ones behind to carry on her memory including her brother Paul (Charlotte) Hovanec; her children Kim (Charles) Sentz, Jason (Victoria) Corvia and John Corvia; her grandchildren Theresa Carles, Maria Sentz, Charles O. Sentz and Isabella Corvia; her great grandchildren Jackson and Jacob Carles, an honorary great grandchild Charles Vaughan and many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

There will be a viewing at Shorter Funeral Home on Saturday, the 18^th of November 2023 at 12:00Noon.

A memorial to celebrate Donna’s life will be at Sharon Baptist Church on Sunday the 19^th of November 2023 at 11:00AM.

Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity or to Cancer or Stroke research in her memory.
