Dorothy Louise Babcock Finch, 87, of Pamplin passed away Thursday, January 6, 2011 in her home.
Born, February 24, 1923 in Williamsburg, she was the daughter of the late John Berry and Gertrude Blanche Hooper Babcock.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Finny Berry Finch, four brothers and 2 sisters.
Surviving are one sister Althea Ingram of Amelia and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 8, 2011 in the chapel of Shorter Funeral Home, Farmville. Interment will follow in Dale Memorial
Park, Chesterfield.
Contributions may be made to Prince Edward County Rescue Squad.
