Gwendolyn Duane Luna, 70, of Meherrin passed away, Friday, July 15, 2011at her home.
Mrs. Luna was born in West Virginia to the late Basil and Elsie Chambers Shumate. She was a Loving Wife, Mother and Homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, the late George Raymond Luna.
Surviving are her children; Kimberly Hostetter and husband Jerry Hostetter, Jr. of Meherrin, Lawrence Grey Luna and wife Deborah of Dillwyn, Aaron Leslie Luna of Green Bay and Danette Rae Luna of Georgia, grandchildren: Adam Blair Luna, Kaitlyn Luna, Emily Luna, Avery Luna, Shay Hostetter, Brooke Hostetter and Taylor Luna, great-granddaughter, Karlie Rae Bailey and brother, James Michael Ferguson of West Virginia.
Shorter Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family.
