He is survived by his wife Mary Hines Case of Rice, VA; son Johnny Ray Case Jr and his wife Jennifer of Rice, VA; daughter Lisa Moore and her husband James of Culpeper, VA; daughter Sandra Edwards and her husband Keith of Cleveland, NC; son Stephen Case and his wife Stacy of Salisbury, NC; thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild; his two sisters Cassie Morton of Charlotte Court House, VA; Jean Paxton of New Jersey; one brother Marcus " Big Man" Case of Keysville, VA.
