Mrs. Josephine E. Faris, 85 of Farmville passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 in Farmville. She was born December 25, 1927 to the late Jennings R. and Estelle Pettway Elder.
She is survived by her son, David Wayne Faris of Iowa.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 9, 2013 2:00pm at the chapel of Shorter Funeral Home. Interment followed at the Kenbridge Heights Cemetery.
