Martin Covington

Martin Melvin Covington 85 passed away on February 15, 2018 at his home.

He was the husband of the late Martha Ward Covington and preceded in death by his parents Martin and Lilia Covington. He is survived by two sons; Scott Covington and Stan Covington, a sister Jewel Dowler, grandchildren; Will Covington" Karli Jo" Jamie Covington, Chase Covington, Joey Covington, Sarah Eanes and great grandchild Hunter Covington.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 2:00PM at Mt Pleasant United Methodist Church with interment to follow in Trinity Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at Shorter Funeral Home.
