. Pearl Higgins Tipton age 71 of Farmville,Virginia died Thursday August 20 ,2009 in Lynchburg, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her
husband Carse Tipton; son Eugene Tipton; parents William E. and Bonnie E. Higgins; a brother Larry Higgins; a grandchild Tony Shores. She is survived by her grandson Gary T. Hunter of Farmville, VA; her sister Rita Smith of Erwin, TN; her brothers Gene Higgins, Kenneth Higgins both of Erwin, TN, Jackson Higgins and his wife Laura of Bluff City, TN and Toney Higgins and his wife Linda of Erwin, TN and her special friend Joyce Grant and the Grant Family of Farmville, VA. A Graveside Funeral Service will be conducted Sunday August 23, 2009 in the Tipton Family Cemetery in Farmville, VA. The Shorter Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family
