Robert Stinson

Mr. Robert Lewis Stinson age 47 passed away Tuesday October 2, 2012 at his residence in Buckingham, VA. He was retired from the Virginia Department of Transportation and was a past member of the Buckingham County Volunteer Fire Department and Volunteer Rescue Squad. He was preceded in death by his father William L. Stinson, Sr. He is survived by his; mother Charlotte Adams Stinson and devoted friend Edward Bowman of Blackstone, VA, his sisters;
Sharon A. Stinson of Kenbridge, VA and Tammy S. James and her husband Curtis and nephew Curtis J. James all of Cumberland, VA, two half brothers; William L. Stinson, Jr. and Andrew Lee Stinson, his half sister Judy S. Lumpkin and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7 to 8:30 PM at the funeral home. A graveside funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday October 6, 2012 at Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Buckingham, VA.
