Russell H.Oliver ,age 51 of Farmville,Va. passed away on Wednesday April 19,2017 .He is survived by his daughter Tiffany Rose Oliver.A graveside service will be on Friday April 21,2017 at 3:00 pm in The College Presbyterian Church Cemetery.The family will greet friends in the College Church from 2:00 to 3:00 prior to graveside service .Shorter Funeral Home is serving the family.Memorial donations can be made to the Prince Edward Resque Squad or the College Presbyterian Church.
