Mr. Russell "Rusty" Baxter O'Neal age 52 of Farmville, Virginia died Tuesday August 18, 2009 in Farmville. He is survived by his Life Long Companion Loretta Jackson of Farmville, his children Steven Wayne Owens, Rusty Lee O'Neal both of Farmville, and Nickie Falero of Richmond, VA; his sister Glenda Southall of Lynchburg, VA; his brothers Stanley O'Neal and Eddie Ingle both of Farmville, Virginia, his father Clifford B. O'Neal of Palmetto FL; his Seven Grandchildren and his Nieces and Nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday August 21, 2009 in the Chapel of Shorter Funeral Home with interment to follow in Trinity Memorial Gardens Rice, VA. The Shorter Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family.
