Sarah Leigh Galbreath

Sarah Leigh Galbreath, 33, passed away peacefully at her home in Madisonville, Virginia, on April 10, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born in Norfolk, Virginia on December 26, 1991. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

With her fighting spirit, Sarah faced and overcame many health challenges but now she has been made perfect in heaven. She loved the Lord and was a faithful servant and an example to all those around her. She knew how to love and how to show love tremendously. She loved to listen to gospel music, sing, watch home videos, and most importantly, spend time with her family and friends.

Sarah is preceded in death by her father, Ira Thomas Galbreath. She is survived by her mother, Nancy Jones Galbreath; Two Brothers, Tommy Galbreath (Beth) and John Galbreath; Three sisters, Mary Jones, Lisa Gallimore (Mike), and Kimberly Galbreath; her nieces, Devon, Emily and Leah; her nephews, Jesse, Conner and her special Gavin; two great-nephews, Anders and River; and several aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Spring Creek Baptist Church, 918 Darlington Heights Rd., Cullen, VA 23934. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m.
