Thomas is married to Peggy Wilburn Borum. They have two children Morgan and Warren Borum, four grandchildren and one great grandson. He is a Deacon at Pisgah Baptist Church in Rice,Virginia. Thomas has been affiliated with Shorter Funeral Home for over 40 years.
